The Medical Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base offers inpatient services as well as surgical facilities. For regular health care needs, contact the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Medical Clinic that offers outpatient appointments as well as radiological services and is located in the Medical Center.     ACCESS TO CARE AT WPMC
    *Hospital Information:
    Wright-Patterson Medical Center is located in Area A at 4881 Sugar Maple Drive, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433. Gate 12A at Ohio State Route 444 in Fairborn offers the most convenient 24 hour access. Telephone numbers, hours of operation and general information on each clinic can be accessed by the Clinics (A-M) and Clinics (A-Z) links immediately to the right of this tab. There is a manned information desk located immediately inside the hospital atrium entrance, which you can also reach by calling (937) 257-0837. Information kiosks are located at both main entrances.

    *Appointments:
    All TRICARE beneficiaries call (937) 522-APPT(2778) locally or 1-(877) 522-3600 (if calling outside of the local area) to schedule an appointment. You can avoid the phone call by making your appointment through www.tricareonline.com.

    Note: Reserve, National Guard and Foreign Nationals enrolled to the Primary Care Clinic should call the appointment line at (937) 257-9700. Options are as follows:

    Option 1 to make an appointment.
    Option 2 to check on the status of a referral.
    Option 3 to speak to a member of your Primary Care Management team.

    For your urgent care needs after hours, call 937 522-APPT (2778) to speak with and on-call medical or dental provider.

    Note: On-call providers are not able to make appointments, check labs, or order/refill prescriptions.

    *Wright-Patterson Medical Center Hours of Operation:
    Clinic hours are generally from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Most clinics are closed weekends and holidays. For details, refer to the Clinics (A - M) and Clinics (M - Z) links to the right of this tab. The Emergency room is open 24 hours a day.

    *After-hours care:
    For urgent care needs after hours, TRICARE enrollees may call (937) 522-APPT (2778) to speak to an on-call medical or dental provider. * Note: On-call providers are not able to make appointments, check labs, or order/refill prescriptions. For emergencies, dial 911 or report to the emergency room.

    *How do I fill a prescription?
    New prescriptions written by physicians inside the Military Treatment Facility can be filled at the WPMC pharmacy located on the first floor. Prescriptions and refills written by civilian providers are handled by the Kittyhawk pharmacy located near Area A/C adjacent to the Wright-Patt Commissary.
